We are nearly ready to put the spiral staircase in, the final piece of the puzzle has been the hand rail and how to bend flat iron into position, every hand rail is made seperately depending on how many treads, after speaking to a welder on the marina who advised using pole and a pipe bender, when it is up he is going to come and fit it for us, problem solved.
Joining the two floors has been the real mind bender, we do not have a lot of space to work with, as previously stated make a template and plumb line, makes life a lot easier.
