Damp proofing

All the decks have been sealed with Isoflex rubber, rain diverted, no pooling, pressure taken of the front and back decks, no leaks downstairs, however to preserve the new work being carried out and to reduce the risk of damp it has been decided that we should damp proof the walls downstairs.

After a bit of investigation and a recommendation from Danny the joiner/cabinet maker we are using Norton Lave a damp proof system usually used in basements.

Walls treated and ready to be damp proofed.
