Buying a houseboat
Good idea bad idea that is the question.
Only one way to find out.
After years of looking at Dutch barges plots of river frontage land I think I may have found it upside 72 ft x 19ft Danish fishing trawler with an18ft x 18ft front room, two double bedrooms and a captains cabin with seperate bedroom toilet and shower, moored on a residential marina in Kent.
Down sides
on a residential marina, previous owners did zero maintenance already showing signs of wear and tare.
Viewing Saturday second viewing Tuesday offer in Wednesday and accepted Thursday.
